Mental Fitness @ Work

The Mental Fitness @TM Work course introduce participants to leading practice on mental health and the interrelationship with work. The course has been designed to improve mental health literacy, build capability, and provide practical skills to boost confidence across an organisation.

Each training module can be accessed via desktop, tablet or smartphone and makes use of a learning journal.

The course should take you approximately 2.5-3 hours to complete.

Topics within the course include:

  • The impacts of mental ill health in the workplace and psychosocial hazards.
  • Investing in mental fitness through the PERMA-H model.
  • How to use the TEAM framework to support others.
  • Barriers such as stigma that prevent someone seeking help for their mental health.
  • The Mental Fitness Continuum and how to recognise when someone may need help.
